so, we've been so busy enjoying the holidays i got a little behind on blogging. we enjoyed several christmas parties and festivities prior to the big day.
below is a picture of us at our wonderful neighbors, the cheritons. their party was super fun, we played lots of games including this one where we had to unwrap and eat an entire candy bar with our hands tied behind our back... not as easy as it sounds.
dillon was a champ and ate nearly the entire thing, all i did was help him get the wrapper off. poor guy, he hates chocolate!
it's hard to tell what we're doing but this is us opening the candy bar with our teeth. maybe you had to be there but it was pretty funny.
rock band 2 is always a favorite. it seems like we've played A LOT lately! we took it to our friend chad's birthday party and it was a big hit.
we did the annual clayton family christmas party a little different this year. instead of having the santa with the HORRIBLE breath come, each family was responsible for doing one thing entertaining to compile a 'program'. my cousin mccall definitely did the best job: she wrote her own version of the night before christmas, clayton style, as you can see we were all laughing hysterically!!! she is so cleaver!
for our part of the program we got these little 'future missionary' tags for all of the little cousins from zac so we could send a picture to him. these boys all idolize zac and think it's the coolest thing that he is on a mission. we will all be happy next year when he gets to spend christmas with us.
the point of the tags was to get a good picture to send to zac, who knew getting that many little boys to hold still could be so difficult?
