Back to Daddy's

We went back to see Dillon again the first part of June. By this time he had been moved to Oklahoma City so we got a change of scenery... I know, be jealous... Anyway, since Dillon missed Sequoia's birthday we decided to celebrate again. We searched online to find the best place and found a darling petting zoo with a carousel and all sorts of fun things that we knew Quoia would just love. We drove all the way out there to learn it was only opened during Dillon's busiest work times. We were so disappointed, but we stopped at a bounce house/jump place on the way home.

We thought Sequoia would do great but she wasn't really too excited about any of it. Even with daddy going in all the bounce things with her.

Then we found this ghetto pony like the kind in front of the grocery store. Sequoia begged to go on it and the rest was history...

She was having the time of her life and we couldn't get her off the dang thing! We're just glad she had another happy birthday.

Daddy also got to give Sequoia his birthday present to her.

And since we weren't going to be out there for father's day she gave him his present too.

Other than that we just spent a lot of time enjoying each other, cuddling while watching movies, and lounging at the pool.

The pool at Dil's apartments is perfect for Sequoia. It's shallow, with stairs (which she loves) and little waterfalls. We loved just laying out and cooling off while Dil was at work but Sequoia loved it even more when daddy was able to swim with her:

I decided when we left it had just gone by too fast and that the next time we'd have to stay longer. Pictures of that trip coming soon!
