On Sunday, September 20, 2009, Dillon gave our sweet little girl a name and a blessing. We kinda wish we could have done it sooner but we really wanted to wait until we were home from New York and between homecomings, farewells, and vacations this was our first opportunity. Dillon exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job. It was the perfect day!

We had lots of friends and family come to support us. After church we invited everyone to a little brunch in our backyard but I only managed to get pictures of immediate family. Quoia was a gem through the blessing and sacrament meeting (a total shocker seeing that she usually HATES church) but she started to get a little fussy when it came time to do pictures, so this is what I managed to get:

After our company left Dillon, Quoia, and I went up the canyon for a little walk and picnic. It was the a good way to end a great day.

Love the new family picture, and Sequoia's blessing dress is really cute!! What a fun day (filled with LOTS of grandmas!!) wish we could have been there!!
